    Why The Dilettante?

    "As a Dilettante" is the remark that
    appeared regularly on the bulletins
    Catherine's note. It took time
    to reappropriate this adjective and it
    restore its literal meaning "he or she who
    delights and devotes himself to an art for his
    only pleasure". With this vintage we hope
