Shipping and Delivery
PACKAGING
At Domaine Breton, we pay special attention to the packaging of your wine bottles to ensure their safety and integrity throughout the shipping process. Each bottle is carefully protected with materials designed to absorb shock and prevent damage. We use reinforced cardboard boxes and dividers to ensure optimal stability. Magnums and 3-liter bibs require specific packaging: these larger and heavier formats are custom-packed, which is why a minimum order quantity is required.
You can order with complete peace of mind, knowing that your bottles of wine will arrive at your home in the best possible condition. Your satisfaction and the quality of our products are our top priorities.

We chose the carrier DB Schenker for its quality of service and speed.

CASE OF BREAKAGE - LOSS - DAMAGED PARCEL
Unfortunately, this happens...
According to Article 1134 of the Civil Code, the carrier is legally responsible for loss and breakage caused to the package during transport. To hold the carrier liable, it is crucial to note the damage in the presence of the delivery person and to note reservations on the delivery slip.
In the event of damage to the package, you have 48 hours to provide us with the following information:
-
Proof of damage : Provide us with evidence of damage to the package. This may include photos of the damage, written reservations on the delivery receipt, or any other relevant documentation.
-
Claim procedure : Send us an email with photos of the damage and the order number to xxxxxxx, specifying the refund or replacement of the damaged bottles.
