Family portrait
Catherine and Pierre
Pioneers of natural wine, they chose organic and then biodynamic viticulture early on, long before it became a trend. Their commitment is based on respect for the land, the grapes, and the people who taste their wines.
In the vineyards, there are no chemicals, but careful work on the soil to preserve its life. In the cellar, fermentation is natural, without additives and with very little sulfur, allowing the wine the freedom to express itself fully. Their vintages are sincere, energetic, sometimes frank, always faithful to their terroir.
Today, their children have joined the family adventure and passionately pursue this philosophy of artisanal, human and joyful winemaking.
Because for the Bretons, wine is above all a bond, a story of family and sharing.

Paul Breton
According to family legend, Paul's winemaking adventures began when he was six or seven years old with carbonic maceration in a champagne bucket. When he undertook the project of rehabilitating eight neglected hectares in Vouvray, his teenage years were not far behind him. Today, more than ten years later, immersed in Chenin and century-old vines, Paul directs the production of the estate's white wines with all the bold creativity of his early vinifications. A conscientious winemaker in an often difficult climate, he spends much of the year in his vineyards, which he has patiently restored.

France Breton
Transitioning from theater director to bottler, Catherine and Pierre's daughter returned to the estate in 2018, bringing with her boundless energy, generosity, and impressive skill in juggling all of the estate's operations. As chief ambassador, she perpetuates the family legacy with honest intention and immense joy. Her love of wine and her sincere pleasure in sharing it are rooted in its power to bring us together.

Baptiste Desrousseaux
For a Parisian by birth, Baptiste is surprisingly at home at the top of a vat! And yet, Baptiste grew up in the kitchens of Parisian bistros, pioneers of natural wine. He is therefore guided by a flair for exceptional ingredients and the instinct to let them express themselves accurately. His culinary experience informs the hundreds of creative and practical decisions he makes every day to ensure a vibrant and sincere wine ends up in your glass. Comfortable in the hustle and bustle, smiling under pressure, and almost always on the verge of a good pun, Baptiste elevates the new generation of Breton Cabernet Francs with quiet assurance and beautiful intuition.
