A 100% Chenin, organic and natural Vouvray, with a full, mineral, and fresh palate, and a persistent saline finish.

The establishment of our Vouvray estate is a family legacy, dating back to the early 19th century.

Our Les Pierres Rousses plot is located on clay-silica hillsides dotted with flint in Vernou-sur-Brenne, a terroir that gives the wine its minerality and natural tension.

The winemaking follows the traditional Vouvray style, with alcoholic and malolactic fermentations in barrels, followed by 12 months of aging in barrels in the cool, stable conditions of troglodyte cellars, allowing the wine to develop structure, complexity, and balance.

    Why Pierres Rousses?

    The name of this terroir is Les Pierres Rousses, it wonderfully illustrates this typology of soil where red flints outcrop.
    We chose this plot name to reflect this work of promoting the terroir.
