At the confluence of the Loire and Vienne rivers, our plots in Beaumont-en-Véron enjoy an exceptional microclimate giving this vintage supple and present tannins.

It can be drunk young or kept in the cellar for a few months.

Aromatic type : Structured wine with supple tannins
Winemaking

Vines around fifty years old, cultivated organically.
The grapes are destemmed for a 3-week alcoholic fermentation. Native yeasts and no added sulfur are used. Malolactic fermentation follows.

Aged in vats for 12 months, depending on the vintage.
