A fresh, refreshing and thirst-quenching natural sparkling Chenin to be repeated without limit!

Natural sparkling wine, or Pet nat, is a wine that undergoes refermentation in the bottle. The gas released during this fermentation remains captured in the bottle, producing fine, delicate bubbles. Our sparkling wine undergoes no intervention. The hand-picked grapes are pressed, and bottling follows the rhythm of the harvest. As with natural wine, no additives or sulfites are added. We often obtain a wine with lower alcohol and sugar levels.
