A traditional Loire varietal, our low-alcohol (10.5°) Grolleau produces a good wine for everyday drinking.

Aromatic style: Classic easy-drinking wine with aromas of red berries. (We vinify using carbonic maceration to exalt the strawberry red fruit notes.)

Avis de vin fort

A spring wine with fresh aromas of fruits and low extraction of tannins. A wine for beautiful days, to keep fresh in your cooler. A perfect accompaniment for fish, to take on picnics, etc.

Aromatic style : Rosé with the color of a red, its tannins are discreet. A thirst-quencher with primary aromas of young red fruits. Perfect for a picnic or to return to work with a light heart after a fleeting lunch.

La Dilettante

The perfect companion to discover Cabernet Franc, La Dilettante is a wine vinified by carbonic maceration from old vines on gravel soils. The perfect pairing for an improvised drink around a snack or tapas. Feminine, with discreet tannins, goes well with vegetarian meals, soft cheeses, and fish. Beaux Monts

This Chinon comes from old vines on clay-limestone soils, giving fleshy but charming tannins. An excellent wine of the Chinon appellation which could easily fill the legendary thirst of Gargantua. Good with winter meals.

Aromatic style: A soft and supple wine, to drink immediately but with a potential to cellar for five years A big brightness of red berries.
