The Grolleau

Senonian sands from the upper slopes of Bourgueillois in the commune of Ingrandes de Touraine. Planted in the middle of the woods, our Grolleau plot enjoys a
cooler temperature during summer.

Young plantation grown organically, currently being converted for certification.

Hand-harvested, carefully sorted into 13-kilo crates.

Short carbonic maceration in a concrete vat with whole bunches. We saturate with carbon dioxide to promote the absence of oxygen. The grapes are then pressed in a pneumatic press at low
intensity. Fermentations are carried out using indigenous yeasts and without SO2.

Designed on the freshness of primary aromas, Grolleau is bottled in February to be marketed in the first years following the harvest.

Drink it like water!

Drink chilled to enhance its liveliness; 15–20 minutes in the fridge before serving is sufficient if the wine is at room temperature.
