Les Perrières 2021

Coming from a plot planted in 1934 by our great-great-grandparents, the Les Perrières cuvée produces limited yields, guaranteeing concentration and expression of the terroir.

On these clay-sandy soils, we primarily seek a tannin aging profile geared towards cellaring, while revealing the finesse and minerality characteristic of Les Perrières.

The particularly meticulous aging takes place in barrels for over 24 months in a troglodytic cellar, followed by more than a year of rest in the bottle.

Ranked among the structured cuvées of the estate, Les Perrières reveals the ability of Cabernet Franc to evolve with finesse while retaining beautiful energy.
